Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair while maintaining the highest hygiene and quality standards.
2. Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit for future purchases.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, and the packaging should be intact.
- A photo or video of the product and proof of purchase may be required.
3. Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or the product was damaged during delivery, we offer the option to exchange it. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Return the unused product in its original packaging.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will send the correct item or provide store credit.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. If we detect an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We will attempt to contact you by phone to confirm or correct the address.
- If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order will be canceled to avoid delivery complications.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it due to the perishable nature of our products.
- If your order is canceled due to an incorrect address and you have not responded to our attempts to contact you, we will not be able to offer a refund.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Perishable goods that have been opened or partially consumed.
