It all began in 1972 when our founder — a proud Fouji returning home — opened a tiny sweet shop in Mian Channu with one copper karahi, pure desi ghee, and recipes passed down through his mother.
He started selling gulab jamun and barfi to his neighbours. Word spread. Queues formed. A legacy was born.
